Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational and professional experience; preferably experienced in high-volume dining and possessing a Level 1 Somm Certification; proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software, such as Micros and OpenTable; excellent written and verbal communication skills
