Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: At Jim ‘N Nick’s, a beloved BBQ restaurant, we are passionate about preparing and serving delicious barbecue that brings people together. We are dedicated to delivering an amazing guest experience and are currently seeking a General Manager to join our team.
Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); some college preferred; three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience; passion for serving guests and leading teams; positive attitude; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; great communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgement; respect for adherence to health, safety, and sanitation procedures; ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; committed and accountable for all Jim ‘N Nick’s standards, processes, and procedures.
