Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Buccaneer Marina & Resort, a thriving waterfront establishment located in West Palm Beach, is in search of a skilled and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The role involves ensuring top-notch service, managing staff, and driving profitability while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in our dining facility.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry; Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, achieving revenue targets, and controlling costs; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and vendors; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and restaurant industry best practices; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed; Food handler’s certification and alcohol service certification, as required by local regulations; Preferred Education: Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not required
