Position: Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: 3 years of F&B Management experience, preferably in an upscale hotel; At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; Long hours and standing for extended periods may be required; Flexibility in schedules is essential; Medium work physical requirements
