Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: HMSHost, a leading provider of food and beverage services for travelers worldwide, is seeking a dedicated General Manager I (GM) to oversee a QSR restaurant or a small cluster of restaurants. The GM will be responsible for ensuring high operational and financial standards, managing staff, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements: GMIs must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience and 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the experience requirement. Strong team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills are essential. Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service standards, and the ability to comprehend instructions and converse effectively are required skills.
