Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 10+ years in food service with at least 6 years in a management role in a fast-paced environment; experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members; skills in financial planning, managing labor, and inventory; hands-on experience in optimizing processes in a fast-paced food service environment; leadership experience in a collaborative fast-paced setting
