Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; Proven experience in managing restaurant operations, including staffing, financial oversight, and guest service; Strong understanding of restaurant financials, cost control, and budgeting; Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and vendor relations; ServSafe Manager Certification; ABC/RBS alcohol service certification; Food Handler’s Certification
