Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar high-volume restaurant or hospitality leadership role; strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house management; exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; demonstrated ability in financial management, including budgets, labor costs, and P&L statements; passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
