Position: Restaurant General Manager

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced airport environment, ensuring outstanding hospitality and adherence to company policies. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in delivering a seamless dining experience for travelers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent coursework); Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment required, including P&L responsibility; Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; Experience in full-service restaurants is required; Proven ability to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to diverse audiences
