Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred; Minimum of three (3) years restaurant management experience in a General Manager role required; Full-Service Restaurant General Management experience required; Culinary background is desirable; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; Effective organizational skills; Strong interpersonal skills to interact at all levels.
