Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; three years’ experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.); strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness; passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence
