Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: The restaurant is seeking a General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure exceptional guest service and a smooth dining experience. The General Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining guest satisfaction levels at all times.
Requirements: Five years of service experience with at least 2 in a management role; extensive knowledge of cuisine and wines; proficiency in POS and reporting software; ability to train and motivate teams; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
