Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience in a General Manager role required; Full-Service Restaurant General Management experience required; Culinary background is desirable; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; Strong organizational skills to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts professionally.
