Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Buccaneer Marina & Resort, located in West Palm Beach, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort’s restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with ownership and team members to create a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry; proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, achieving revenue targets, and controlling costs; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and restaurant industry best practices; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings; food handler’s certification and alcohol service certification as required by local regulations
