Position: Restaurant General Manager

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their team and ensure exceptional guest service. The company plans to expand across the entire US.
Requirements: 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality setting; proven leadership skills in team building and management; strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and operational best practices; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to pivot and be creative in a new concept environment
