Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: SUMMERWOOD MASTER, a restaurant located in Bear, DE, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to provide overall leadership and direct supervision of operations to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its annual operating plan. The RGM will focus on driving excellence in customer service, maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications, supervising food handling procedures, exercising financial control, and developing and motivating employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience in food service or retail environment; ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees; proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
