Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead their restaurant team. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, managing employees, maintaining inventory, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profits while controlling costs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license; eligibility to work in the United States; strong computer skills; proficiency in restaurant functions; leadership ability; excellent communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain operational standards; experience in interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; knowledge of food safety practices
