Position: Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: At least three years of General Manager or similar leadership role experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant; Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and develop teams of 15+ members per shift; Experience in managing restaurant operations including food waste, cost control, labor, and P&L reporting; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment; Attention to detail, drive for efficiency, and adherence to policies; Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
