Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Melty is looking for dynamic individuals to engage with guests, create and serve their delicious melts, manage store operations, and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment. Melty specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches made with fresh and real ingredients, served with house-made dipping sauces, soups, salads, and desserts, offering a unique dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; 3-5 years in management positions, preferably in the restaurant industry; must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment; must have or be willing to obtain a ServSafe® certification; good verbal and written communication skills with bilingual skills as a plus
