Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Buccaneer Marina & Resort, a premier waterfront destination in West Palm Beach, is in search of a seasoned and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead its vibrant dining establishment. The role entails overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, managing staff, and ensuring profitability in collaboration with the ownership team.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry; proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, achieving revenue targets, and controlling costs; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and industry best practices; ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings; food handler’s certification and alcohol service certification as required by local regulations
