Requirements: You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results; you prioritize creating a positive work environment for your team; customer satisfaction is your priority, demonstrated through exceptional service with enthusiasm; you embody honesty, energy, motivation, and fun, with a clear vision for a successful restaurant and the ability to drive your team towards it; you uphold high standards for yourself and your team; you thrive in the ever-changing and exciting restaurant business; at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (not public transportation), and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.
