Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Raising Cane’s, a restaurant chain with locations in Honolulu, Mililani, and Kapolei, is currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Leader to join their team. The Restaurant Leader will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving results, and upholding the company’s culture for all crewmembers, customers, and partners.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; must be 18 years of age or older; possess a valid driver’s license
