Position: Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 10+ years in food service with at least 6 years in a hands-on management role in a fast-paced environment; experience in hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members; skills in financial planning, managing labor and inventory; hands-on experience in fast-paced food service environment; leadership experience in collaborative environments
