The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of operations to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its annual operating plan, focusing on driving excellence in customer service, maintaining company standards, supervising food handling procedures, exercising financial control, and developing and motivating employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience in food service or retail environment; ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train hourly employees; proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
