Position: Restaurant General Manager

About: Wendy’s is looking for a General Manager to support the company by maintaining an outstanding work environment through providing leadership, direction, training, and development for all Managers and team members. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring team members, managing safe working conditions, maximizing store sales goals versus budget, training and monitoring food safety procedures, working with the leadership team to meet sales goals, managing food and labor costs, executing company policies and procedures, monitoring food inventory levels, managing crew member employees to maximize retention, providing proper training for team members, anticipating and identifying problems and taking corrective action, maintaining fast and accurate service, ensuring excellent customer service, and continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant experience; experience in supervising and managing staff; exhibit a sense of urgency; neat, clean, and professional appearance; guest-friendly demeanor; willing to work a normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts)
