About: Jersey Mike’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the complete operations of a store. The role involves providing management coverage, supervision of operations, training, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. This position requires leadership, financial management, and team-building skills in a fast-paced food service environment.
Requirements: High School, College, or University Degree Preferred; 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility; Basic business math and accounting skills; Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; Good oral/written communication skills; Strong analytical/decision-making skills; Basic personal computer literacy; Uphold BRAND Standards
