Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Our client, a prominent and expanding comedy club in the Valley, is in search of an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the club’s operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and delivering exceptional experiences. This critical role involves managing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, financial oversight, marketing initiatives, and event coordination to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for patrons, performers, and staff.
Requirements: 3+ years of proven management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or food/beverage industry; strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of event planning, talent booking, and marketing strategies; financial acumen including budgeting, sales analysis, and cost control; familiarity with audio/visual equipment and comedy club operations is a plus
