Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Highgate Hotels, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for The Knickerbocker, a luxury hotel located in Times Square, New York. The hotel boasts a historic legacy and offers upscale accommodations and dining experiences for discerning travelers. The Restaurant General Manager will play a vital role in supervising and optimizing all restaurant operations to maintain high-quality products and service levels, while ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction in this iconic establishment.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in a management role within an upscale or fine dining establishment, with at least 4 years in a steakhouse environment; long hours may be required occasionally; ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects; effective communication skills, multitasking ability, leadership in conducting training programs, guest-oriented approach, and compliance with hotel standards and regulations
