Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: DRG, a franchisee of Taco Bell and Arby’s Corp, is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop teams across their 240+ unit, multi-brand operation. As a GM at DRG, you will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, training, P&L, and overall operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability while upholding the company’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Passion, Accountability, Commitment, and Teamwork.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; Education: High School Diploma; Experience: Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts; Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English; Must maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements; Must have reliable transportation; Must pass Criminal Background Check including MVR; Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam; Expected 50-hour work week; Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
