Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee operations in their restaurant locations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen, overseeing dining room service, placing orders, handling receipts, ensuring food quality and portion sizes, addressing customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing safety and liquor laws, and managing staff recruitment, orientation, and training. Additionally, the General Manager will schedule staff work hours and must be physically able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 30 to 50 pounds, and engage in various motion activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management; ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively; knowledge of safety standards and liquor laws; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
