Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen, coordinating dining room service, ordering supplies, and maintaining financial records. Additionally, they will supervise staff, uphold safety and liquor regulations, handle customer concerns, and facilitate staff training and development processes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor laws; ability to handle customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction; proficiency in staff recruitment, training, and scheduling; physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 30 to 50 pounds, and perform various motion activities involving manual dexterity.
