Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: GPS Hospitality is seeking Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to lead the operation of their restaurants, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met. The RGM works collaboratively with a team of managers and is incentivized based on performance metrics. Responsibilities include hitting sales and profit targets, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and hiring and training staff. Position duties involve providing excellent service, utilizing hospitality systems effectively, implementing controls, and engaging with the public for improved relations. Requirements include 3-5 years of GM experience, high school diploma or GED, customer service skills, ability to work in high-volume settings, and valid driver’s license. Requirements: 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting; High School Diploma or GED preferred; Excellent customer service skills; Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting; Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; Must be at least 18 years of age & authorized to work in the US; ServSafe certification preferred
