Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Marriott International is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. The successful candidate will lead and initiate Food and Beverage (F&B) outlet operations, develop beverage programs, manage staff performance, and enhance guest service experience in a dynamic hospitality setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
