Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: A restaurant in need of a dedicated Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruitment and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. The successful RGM must be able to address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns, engage positively with guests, recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members, maintain a safe and comfortable work environment, ensure proper handling of ingredients and menu items with great care for food safety, manage a local marketing program, and handle administrative responsibilities such as employee timekeeping, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Requirements: An associate’s degree or equivalent; at least one (1) year related experience and/or training; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
