Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Ithaka Hospitality Partners, a premier partner in the hospitality management industry, is seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join their leadership team in Montgomery, Alabama. The role involves overseeing a three meal period restaurant in a new hotel, focusing on creating nutritious food items and specialty coffee drinks for guests and the community, with a commitment to excellence and speed in service delivery.
Requirements: Two (2) or more years’ experience in a restaurant service position with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role; experience in a coffee and/or roastery environment; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related subject matter preferred; complete knowledge of all menus, ingredients, and coffee techniques required
