Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Ithaka Hospitality Partners, a premier partner in the hospitality management industry, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the three-meal period restaurant and In-Room Dining at a new 99-room hotel in Montgomery, Alabama. The restaurant offers soulful dining in an elevated, upscale casual experience, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction following Ithaka Hospitality Partners’ standards.
Requirements: Three (3) or more years’ experience in a restaurant service position with 2 (2) or more years in a supervisory role; experience in an upscale casual restaurant environment; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related subject matter preferred; minimum age of twenty-one (21) to serve alcoholic beverages; background in both Front of House (FOH) and Culinary preferred; complete knowledge of all menus, ingredients, and techniques; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work on your feet for long periods, with fast-paced movements and physical demands; able to use software systems like ADP, ADACO, Agilysys Point of Sale, and restaurant reservation systems.
