Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Border Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead and uphold the company’s CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive restaurant experience for both employees and guests through effective leadership and operational management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of three years of restaurant or retail experience; experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training; proven track record of successful hiring and retention; ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; ServeSafe Certified; at least 18 years of age; valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
