Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the operations of their restaurant locations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen, ensuring quality food and service, handling customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness standards, upholding safety regulations, and managing the recruitment and training of team members. This role also involves scheduling staff effectively to cover peak dining hours, with physical requirements including standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 30 to 50 pounds, and engaging in various motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and organizational skills; knowledge of food and beverage operations; ability to handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with safety and liquor laws; experience in staff recruitment, orientation, and training
