Position: Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry; Ability to lead, influence, and develop team members; Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships; Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused team player; Ability to hold oneself accountable for performance and take ownership; High energy, quick decision-making ability, and assertiveness when necessary; Excellent communication skills to keep managers and crew members updated on business procedures; Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and possess a valid driver’s license; Must pass a background check
