Position: Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant

About: Colliers specializes in providing professional restaurant equipment technical consulting and support. The Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant position is part of the Quality and Performance team, focusing on identifying root causes for kitchen equipment issues such as cooking equipment, HVAC units, kitchen hood ventilation, and electrical systems. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and providing technical leadership to ensure optimal asset performance and reliability. This position covers the Western territories, with a preference for candidates residing in or around Salt Lake City, UT.

Requirements: High school diploma required; CFESA and CFC certifications preferred; strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment; experience or knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment; effective communication skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong organizational and prioritization abilities; self-motivated for continuous improvement; willingness to travel up to 50%
