Position: Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant
About: Colliers is seeking a Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant to join their Quality and Performance team, providing professional technical consulting and support focused on cooking equipment, HVAC units, kitchen hood ventilation, refrigeration, and electrical systems. The role entails analyzing and optimizing asset performance to enhance reliability and reduce downtime. This position covers the Western territories with a base in or around Salt Lake City, UT.
Requirements: High school diploma required; CFESA and CFC certifications; strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment; effective communication skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong organizational and prioritization skills; self-motivated for continuous improvement; ability to travel 50%.
