Requirements: High school diploma; CFESA, CFC certifications; Strong commercial kitchen equipment knowledge; Experience/Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment; Effective communication skills; Teamwork aptitude; Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT); Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; Self-motivated for continuous improvement of personal skills and knowledge; Ability to travel – 50%
