Position: Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant
About: The Restaurant Equipment Consultant is a part of the Quality and Performance team at Colliers International. They will provide professional technical consulting and support for restaurant equipment, focusing on various systems such as cooking equipment, HVAC units, kitchen hood ventilation, refrigeration, and electrical systems. The role involves analyzing and optimizing asset performance, identifying defects, reducing costs, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Requirements: High School Diploma; CFESA, CFC certifications; Strong commercial kitchen equipment knowledge; Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment; Effective communication skills; Teamwork aptitude; Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT); Strong organizational skills; Self-motivated for continuous improvement; Ability to travel – 50%
