Position: Restaurant District Manager
About: Café Zupas is a restaurant that serves house-made and globally-inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts in their next-generation kitchens. They believe in providing real, whole food prepared daily on-site and value their team as crucial to their concept’s success.
Requirements: 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience; Available to work a five-day set schedule; Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team; Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader; Enthusiastic, positive, and driven; Enjoys a fast-paced environment; Adaptable to new processes and systems
