Requirements: 5+ years of experience in culinary consulting, restaurant operations, or menu development; strong background in fast-casual, healthy cuisine, and cost-conscious menu engineering; expertise in menu costing, recipe standardization, and ingredient sourcing; knowledge of food trends, customer preferences, and dietary needs; excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently on a project basis and deliver results within deadlines
