About: Dave and Buster’s – Anchorage is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join their team in Anchorage, AK. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities. The Restaurant Cook is tasked with ensuring that food preparation meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards, meeting quantity and deadline requirements. Responsibilities include preparing food items according to menu, recipes, and special dietary restrictions, managing food and supplies inventory during service, and maintaining proper health and hygiene standards. Previous experience in back-of-house roles like cook, line cook, prep cook, or sous chef is advantageous. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory. Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain one is required. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are key qualities for success at Dave and Buster’s – Anchorage.
