Position: Restaurant Cook 1
About: At Westminster Canterbury of Richmond, an upscale senior living community, we are looking for an experienced Lead Cook to lead our culinary team across our 5 on-campus restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, enthusiastic, and actively contribute to menu development, special event execution, and team coaching in collaboration with our chefs and sous chefs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency; at least four years of professional cooking experience; ServSafe certification or ability to attain certification within a specified timeframe; competent in overall culinary skills, food safety, and sanitation; knowledge of kitchen equipment and functions; ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted, stand for 4 to 6 hours, and work in extreme temperature fluctuations
