Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of relevant professional cooking experience; minimum 2 years as a Culinary Leader; prior experience in all applicable cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation; prior management experience required; computer skills; ability to work weekends and holidays
