Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of relevant professional cooking experience in resort or high-end facilities; valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record; minimum 2 years’ experience in Lead Cook or Chef capacity; prior management experience; proficiency in cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation; ability to work weekends and holidays; computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
