Position: Restaurant Chef – Year Round – Full Time
About: Steamboat Ski Resort in Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking a Restaurant Chef to lead and coordinate kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of relevant professional cooking experience in resort or high-end facilities; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead Cook or Chef capacity; prior management experience in culinary operations; strong cooking techniques, kitchen equipment mastery, and knife skills; ability to work weekends and holidays; computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
